Yes, No or Don't Know...?
Yes, I know...the New is, technically, fulfillment of the Old...of His Promises, Grace and Mercy.
But it SO easy—for me!--to previously have disrespected (at best) its importance. I mean, COME ON, page after page (in some cases) of ancient geneology...is anyone ACTUALLY expected to read through all that?
Well, yes.
But not "straight through", necessarily, although there are unquestionnably Blessings in that "approach".
not so much "mechanically", since Grace now prevails...but it is the irreplacable half of His Word, and the New Testament is unfulfilled without it. Taken on its own, the NT IS awesome...but it's incomplete without the Old, and vice versa
